We care about our clients’ satisfaction and we try our very best to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
We include a sample of the hair in a sheer bag with each purchase so you can be satisfied with the quality and the color before you break the seal on the main packaging.
However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with our product, we’ll happily exchange the item if we find any issues with quality or manufacturing. You are free to return the products within 30 days.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we can ONLY exchange if the extensions have been unopened, with the seal is intact and they have not been taken out of the packaging.
Please ensure you send us an email stating the reasons for your return before shipping your hair to us.
The sender is responsible for all returns shipping costs and we recommend that you send your returns with a tracking number as Renata’s Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for lost returns.
